When your package is dispatched, a shipping confirmation email with tracking details will be sent.
- Once product is shipped it will be delivered within 5-7 days
During peak periods or due to unforeseen delays (e.g., logistics issues, public holidays), processing may take longer.

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen delivery method.

If you do not receive tracking details within 3 business days of your order, contact our support team.
5. Address Accuracy
Please ensure that your shipping address is complete and accurate.
Zebroid is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
Orders returned due to address errors can be reshipped after payment of additional shipping charges.
6. Damaged or Missing Items
Check your package immediately upon delivery.
If items are damaged, defective, or missing, contact us within 7 days with your order number, photos, and a description of the issue.
We will arrange for a replacement or refund as per our Refud
n & Return Policy.

We currently deliver across India, except in regions with restricted courier access.
Remote or rural locations may experience longer delivery times.
